JM Training ("we," "us," or "our") operates the JM Training Performance mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the App, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including device type, operating system, app version, IP address, unique device identifiers, and usage data such as the features you use, pages you view, and the dates and times of your activity.

To create and manage your account and provide the App's features, including communities, courses, and progress tracking;

To monitor, maintain, and improve the App's performance, security, and functionality;

Community features. Content you post in community areas of the App, along with your display name and profile photo, is visible to other members of that community;

Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

Access and update. You can review and update your profile information at any time in the App's settings;
Notifications. You can manage push notifications in the App's settings or through your device settings;
Account deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time from within the App's settings or by emailing [email protected]. We will process verified requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal retention requirements.

The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
